Written by The Monster Coupon Book on Monday, November 6, 2017
The month of November is often associated with giving thanks or being thankful. In Myrtle Beach, we have more to be thankful for than just our beautiful beaches and sunny weather. We are thankful for all the beautiful attractions and shops that help make Myrtle Beach, Myrtle Beach.
One of the most popular and easily identifiable attractions in the Myrtle Beach area is the Skywheel. The Skywheel is the centerpiece of the boardwalk and offers people a breathtaking view of the ocean. The Skywheel has 42 climate controlled gondolas that you can ride day or night 200 feet in the air. The Skywheel is open year round, giving residents and tourists both the chance to take in and enjoy more of the beauty this area has to offer.
If you’re a shop-a-holic, you’ve either been to or are dying to go to the Tanger Outlets. In Myrtle Beach, we have two separate locations for the Tanger Outlets. They feature stores such as Adidas, Bath and Body Works, North Face, Kate Spade and so much more! The outlets are the perfect place to go to find that perfect holiday outfit or even just for some good ol’ fashioned retail therapy.
For those of you who flock to the east coast to get your fill of seafood, I bet you’re thankful for the seemingly never-ending supply of seafood buffets in Myrtle Beach. When it comes to seafood, your options are endless. Whether you’re in the mood for traditional style seafood or calabash style, you won’t go home disappointed in Myrtle Beach. Favorites of both locals and tourists include the Seafood House, Crabby Mike’s, Captain Jack’s Seafood Buffet, and Captain Crab Calabash Seafood.
The Brookgreen Gardens is both a national historic landmark and one of the most popular attractions in the Grand Strand area. This beautiful combination of art and nature features a sculpture collection with over 1,400 works of art from 350 different artists. The Brookgreen Gardens is also home to the Native Wildlife Zoo, where you can see native species such as river otters, alligators, birds of prey, and more!
As a city that’s home to approximately 30,000 residents and a temporary home to millions of visitors each year, we have a lot to be thankful for. Myrtle Beach is home to many unique and exciting attractions. Our beautiful beaches draw people in, but they come back for the little things. At Thanksgiving, we have a lot to be thankful for as a whole. In particular, we are thankful for all the special things that Myrtle Beach has to offer. This month, while you’re enjoying all the unique things that make up Myrtle Beach, make sure you check your Monster Coupon Book so you can also be thankful for savings.
